The racing is officially underway here at the Walton TransCan. The time to prepare is over; the time to perform is here. Track prep was impeccable this year. New sections have been added, old sections have been altered. The general consensus is that both changes are great.

Have a look at what went down on Day 1.

 The day started with the traditional Entry Roll Call. As spaces became available in classes, names were added. Attendance was necessary if you wanted to be added to a class.

 The Supermini class was The Cole Thompson Show. Trey Franklin was a strong second until he suffered bike trouble.

 The Youth class had some heavy hitters in it. #924 Greg Durivage held the lead until the last lap when #126 Josh Woods made the pass and took the win.

 Christopher DaSilva is the East Champ in the 65cc Pee Wee class. He took the win today.
