When should I enter?

NOW would be a good time. We recommend that you send entries immediately as cheques are not cashed until the entry is confirmed after all ANQ are completed in late June. You do not have to wait until confirmations are completed. Sign up online now at www.motocrosscanada.ca

What qualifier places automatically qualify?

Each region has gate positions allocated based on each regions membership. You are guaranteed a position if your entry is received by June 18 and you place in the top number in your regional qualifiers. Vancouver Island (2), BC Mainland (3), Alberta (6), Saskatchewan (3), Northern Ontario (1), Central Ontario (2), Southern Ontario (12), Eastern Ontario(3), Quebec (7), Atlantic (3)

How do I pay?

Entries must be accompanied by a cheque or money order payable to Tite Racing Promotions Inc. in Canadian funds to be valid. Use your Mastercard/Visa/Amex etc bank cards or PayPal account for payment when you sign up online at www.motocrosscanada.ca Cheques post dated past June18 are not acceptable. Cheques will not be cashed until entry is confirmed. Post entry will be an additional $20 per class.

What else do I need to know?

Confirmations will be mailed out following completion of regional qualifiers and after that on an as received basis. This will include a complete participants information package. The order of preference for first moto gate position, resolution of number conflicts and the order of standby entries are determined by qualifier position and date of entry. Your confirmation letter should be available at sign in if there are any problems with registration so hang on to it.

Can I cancel my entry?

Yes, a written request must be received by July 31 with a copy of the original confirmation mailing received by mail. No charge before June 18. Refunds less handling charges will be mailed out following the event.

Can I get updates by email?

Sure! Just send a request to: < This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it > Join our email list and get current info and lots more

What are the entry deadlines?

This is a limited entry event with up to a full gate of 42 in each class. Date received will be the deciding factor in determining order of entry after seeding qualifier positions. Pre-entries for riders who rode their qualifiers must be received no later than June 18. Gate positions allocated to each region (quantity based on regional membership) will be assigned at that time. After June 18 entries will be accepted on a first come basis. We recommend that if you aren’t sure about a qualified position in the first class of choice, indicate a second or alternate class in the column provided. Entries received after July 31 will be processed at the event as post entries. We recommend that you send entries immediately as cheques are not cashed until the entry is confirmed in June.

What rules are in effect for this event?

Refer to the CMRC (Canadian Motorsport Racing Club) rule book for all rules.

Do I need to qualify?

In order to pre-enter you must have participated in at least one qualifier so that you show up on the results list for the class you are entering from your respective region.

Can I still qualify to enter ?

If your qualifier position is lower you may still get a starting position depending upon whether riders qualified ahead of you enter or if other regions’ entries do not fill their allocated spots. We recommend that if you aren’t sure about a qualified position in the first class of choice then indicate an alternate class in the line provided on the entry form.

What is a standby entry?

We maintain a list of riders who want to ride in a particular class but who were unable to qualify or were late entering. If there are cancellations or no shows the gate will be filled from the standby list in the order entries were received.

What is an alternate entry?

This is the class you want to enter if your first choice is not available.

I didn’t ride any qualifiers, can I enter?

Only as a post entry at the event. There is no guarantee that positions will be available so you take your chances. Still confused? Check out this entry flowchart HERE

I am a Beginner ....

Beginner classes are progressive so that you advance as soon as sufficient points are accumulated. Therefore if you believe you will be advanced before the qualifiers are completed we recommend that you try to qualify as a Junior. You cannot "drop back" even if you qualify as a Beginner but become a Junior in June.

Can Pros enter amateur classes?

Pros who are in the top 20 of the 250 Pro National series are NOT eligible to ride amateur classes such as youth, +25 and vet master .

What is the race format?

There are three motos to decide each class title. The amateur trophy presentation will take place Saturday evening.

What is the Race of Champions?

These are three invitational Races for super mini, juniors and intermediates will be added to the Sunday pro program. The top 14 finishers in each championship class will be invited to participate in a one moto, winner takes all, shoot out for overall bragging rights.
