We invite your race team to participate in our latest promotion - the Hero Card Contest. You supply the hero and we supply the rest! $15,000 in prizes in a 3 month campaign across Southern Ontario! We are planning for our 12th annual 'Celebration of Canadian Motocross' at Walton Ontario. Last year 20,000+ attendees confirmed our status as Canada's biggest motocross event. We have achieved that by way of leading edge marketing. We have even more exciting initiatives for 2003.

We invite your race team to participate in our latest promotion - the Hero Card Contest.

You supply the hero and we supply the rest! $15,000 in prizes in a 3 month campaign across Southern Ontario!

Key element is a promotional 'Hero' card. Side one features your rider/race team. This is your baby exclusively. It can be a reduced version of the rider or team poster or a specially produced photo. It can include sponsor logos or an invitation to visit your team trailer at the TransCan. Whatever you like!

Side two displays event information, sponsor logos, and contest information. There is a unique serial/registration number on each card which is the key to accessing $15,000 in prizes. Readers are directed to go to the MotocrossCanada.ca website to determine what each card is worth.

The 7" x 5" cards are on glossy stock so they will be perceived as having value because of the high quality and production values of the piece as well as the event information. The added bonus is the redemption value. This will result in in high retention rate and impressions will be reinforced by website views and event attendance.

We have the opportunity to circulate in excess of 100,000 pieces. This will achieved by co-ordinating this campaign with a variety of co-promotions on television, radio, in-store, on-site, direct mail etc. targeted at the Southern Ontario market.

When card holders go to MotocrossCanada.ca or the Walton TransCan website you have the opportunity to generate impressions and click throughs with a banner ad for your own website.

Successful participants with a winning registration number will receive instructions by email on how to endorse it. If you are contributing prizes this could include contacting your place of business or visiting your team trailer to pick up the prize. You can be as creative as you like in expanding your exposure with this campaign feature.

We guarantee $15,000 in prizes! This will include free or discounted event passes and sponsor provided paraphanalia, good and services.
